Practice

A private session allows for a more intimate view into your practice. You can start a new practice, deepen your current practice or spend some time working with an injury or specific goal or concern. We will always practice what you want/need and move at your pace.

Here are some reasons to invest in a private lesson:

    • Private lessons are the perfect way to work with special health concerns, injuries, or any other limitations you may experience.
    • Private classes can offer a highly viable option if you have set a specific goal – whether it’s mental, emotional, spiritual or physical.
    • Experienced practitioners can also greatly benefit from private lessons especially for those who want to take their practice to the next level.
    • You may live a busy lifestyle that makes it difficult to get to a studio at a specific time. Private lessons work around your schedule and come to you.
    • Eases or reduces the stress or intimidation experienced by beginners when attending larger group classes for the first time.

Lessons range from 50-90 minutes and can take place at my home where I have a studio that includes a custom built Pilates reformer, Cadillac/ Trapeze Table, and split level Wunda Chair with handles and high back attachment. We can also meet at location of your choice or a studio where I have an agreement to teach private lessons.
